Friends of SCART Meetings:

On Tuesday 13th September 2016, we launched our “Friends of SCART” group.  FoS is a new group which is open to members of our community to come together and share ideas about how to help sustain our Community Arts programme in the modern world.  We are looking to give people the chance to use their skills and expertise in areas of fundraising to help support our programme.  SCART has been an active part of the local Community since 2008 and in that time has seen thousands of people come through the doors to enjoy Community Arts programmes both as participants but also as audience members.

FOS is not an arts programme, it's more of a community action group.  People are welcome to come along to begin the sharing of ideas each month. Quite simply if you are a supporter of Community Arts in our locality and have the time and interest to offer then we would welcome you to attend Friends of SCART.
