Data Manager

 

Grade 9 - £24,091 - £25,846

 

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, flexible and hardworking Data Manager to manage and maintain the college data and management information system (MIS) working with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective use of data to improve pupil attainment.

 You will be responsible for all aspects of data management, supporting faculty leaders with their curriculum areas, in setting up, running, interpreting and managing data reports including pre-empting any changes and developments which the college will need to make in the fields of data and MIS.

 The role will also include providing an effective and efficient administrative service in relation to the college’s examination and assessment requirements.

 We are seeking someone who possesses:

·         Experience and knowledge of school MIS and data management, preferably within a secondary school setting

·         The ability to design and produce comprehensive reports, analyse complex data, demonstrate and disseminate data to others and have an understanding of school performance statistics

·         Advanced MS Excel knowledge and the ability to work under pressure

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach

Hours of work will be 8.00m until 4.00pm (3.30pm on Fridays)
